Princeville's Prince Golf Course offers Value-oriented Multi-round packages with Discounted Rental Clubs

PRINCEVILLE, KAUAI, HAWAII –Princeville’s top-ranked Prince Golf Course, located on Kauai’s spectacular north shore, is now offering substantial savings for visitors who want to play the course more than once plus avoid the airline baggage fees to bring their own clubs along. The Prince has announced a 50% discount off rental clubs for golfers who purchase one of the course’s two- or three-round packages.

The Prince Course offers two Multi-Round Passes to be used within a five-day period: a two-round pass is available for $265, and a pass for 3 rounds is offered for $340. The passes provide a major savings over the standard 18-hole green fee of  $200. Now, in addition, golfers on Multi-Round Passes can also rent a set of TaylorMade clubs at the course for $25 per day--half off the usual $50 rental fee. These special offers are valid through December 31, 2009. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

A Robert Trent Jones Jr. design, the 18-hole Prince Course has maintained its top ranking in Hawaii with numerous accolades over the years. The Prince has been named by Golf Digest as the #1 course in Hawaii for the past several years, and this year the Prince was once again the only Hawaii golf course to be included on Golf Digest’s prestigious list of “America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses.” The course also received Hawaii’s only five-star rating in Golf Digest’s 2008/2009  “Best Places to Play,” was ranked #18 on GolfWeek’s 2009 list of America’s “Top 100 Resort Courses,” and #20 on Golf Magazine’s 2008/2009 “Top 100 Courses You Can Play.”

The Prince is known equally for its challenging play and magnificent layout, following the natural contours of the land. It is unquestionably one of the most memorable courses a golfer will ever play, encompassing 390 acres of rolling terrain, tropical jungles, gullies, streams and waterfalls. The course’s 13-acre practice facility includes a 1,200-square-foot putting green and a 1,200-square-foot chipping green. Adjoining the course is the elegant 60,000-square-foot Prince Clubhouse, including a golf shop, full-service restaurant, and spa.
